We are a solid, dynamic, and constantly growing company, where technological innovation meets human talent. To strengthen our production department, we are looking for a Plastic Molding Operator.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be the key point of reference for the quality of our initial product. You will be responsible for:

  • Managing, setting up, and monitoring the operation of our plastic molding machinery.

  • Performing visual and dimensional quality controls, ensuring every piece meets Melform’s high standards.

  • Handling material loading and unloading at the machine.

  • Monitoring the production cycle, promptly reporting any anomalies, and performing routine maintenance on equipment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing (experience in the plastic or polyurethane molding sector is a strong plus).

  • Skills: Excellent manual dexterity, precision, and attention to detail.

  • Mindset: A strong team player, flexible, and eager to take on new challenges.

  • Availability: Scheduling flexibility to work on alternating shifts.
