Full job description

At Melform (Bonetto Group), we create solutions that protect the cold chain and food safety worldwide. The thermal core of our products is born in the foaming department. If you are looking for a technical and dynamic role, we are seeking a Foaming Operator.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

You will quite literally give “shape and insulation” to our products:

  • Operating and monitoring foaming machinery.

  • Preparing molds and accurately positioning components.

  • Quality control of the finished part, verifying the perfect expansion of insulating materials.

  • Cleaning and maintenance of foaming heads and equipment in full compliance with safety standards.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Background: Previous experience in manufacturing environments (knowledge of insulation processes or plastics/chemical processing is a strong plus).

  • Attitude: High precision and excellent manual skills.

  • Teamwork: Reliability, punctuality, and a strong willingness to collaborate with colleagues.

  • Flexibility: Availability to work on alternating shifts.
