Full job description

Bonetto Automation, a company operating in the industrial automation sector, is looking for a Junior Mechanical Designer to join its technical office.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

The candidate will be responsible for:

  • Creating 3D models and manufacturing drawings using CAD software.

  • Supporting the design of machinery and systems for industrial automation.

  • Generating 2D technical drawings (drafting) and managing technical documentation.

  • Component coding and managing bills of materials (BOM).

  • Collaborating with production, assembly, and testing teams to ensure correct project execution.

  • Supporting the research and selection of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) components.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Technical diploma or degree in mechanical engineering (students currently enrolled are also welcome).

  • Knowledge of mechanical technical drawing.

  • Knowledge of 3D CAD software.

  • Precision and an aptitude for learning.

  • Ability to work in a team.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

  • Knowledge of the English language.
