We are a solid, dynamic, and constantly growing company where technological innovation meets human talent. To strengthen our procurement department, we are looking for a Intern Procurement Office.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be the point of contact for supporting the management of company procurement. You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the research and selection of suppliers for raw materials and components;

  • Preparing requests for quotation (RFQs) and comparing quotes in terms of price, quality, and delivery times;

  • Entering and monitoring purchase orders in the system, verifying order confirmations;

  • Collaborating with the warehouse and production to ensure material availability within the scheduled timelines.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience: Open to entry-level candidates, provided you are motivated and eager to learn (a background in economics, management engineering, or related fields is a plus);

  • Skills: Good proficiency with the Office suite (especially Excel); precision, organization, and analytical skills;

  • Mindset: You enjoy teamwork, you are curious, and you are ready to get involved;

  • Availability: Full-time, for a training internship.
