Full job description

“The candidate will play a strategic role in the company’s business development, contributing to business expansion, consolidating client relationships, and achieving corporate growth objectives.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

The candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing and developing the existing client portfolio, ensuring solid and long-lasting relationships.

  • Identifying and developing new markets and business opportunities.

  • Preparing offers, quotes, and commercial documentation, conducting negotiations through to closing.

  • Maintaining relationships with Italian and international clients to ensure accurate and timely communication.

  • Monitoring sales performance and constantly updating ERP/management systems with commercial data.

  • Collaborating with logistics, production, and administration to ensure process continuity.

  • Participating in industry trade fairs, business meetings, and client visits.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree or Diploma in Economics, Languages, or related fields;

  • Good knowledge of English and French (written and spoken), essential for managing the international client portfolio;

  • Proven experience in sales and business development;

  • Willingness to travel both nationally and internationally;

  • Solid experience using IT tools (Office Suite) and management software like SAP;

  • Strong customer orientation, excellent negotiation skills, and a problem-solving attitude;

  • Ability to work independently, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
