Full job description
Join MELFORM, a brand of the Bonetto Group and a leader in the production of isothermal systems and sustainable logistics solutions. We are a solid, dynamic, and constantly growing company where technological innovation meets human talent. To strengthen our commercial team, we are looking for a Intern Sales Support.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be the point of contact for daily support to the sales area and back office. You will be responsible for:
Supporting the sales team in managing customer requests and preparing commercial offers;
Entering and updating orders, customer databases, and price lists in the system;
Monitoring order status from entry to delivery, coordinating with production and logistics;
Managing commercial correspondence and providing administrative support to the sales team.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience: Open to entry-level candidates, provided you are motivated and eager to learn (a background in economics, marketing, or related fields is a plus);
Skills: Good proficiency with the Office suite (especially Excel); precision and organizational skills;
Mindset: You enjoy teamwork, you are proactive, and you are ready to get involved;
Availability: Full-time, for a training internship.
